1 on 1 session with Leita

 

Your body holds the medicine for you. In these 90-minute sessions, Leita blends a mixture of The 360 embodiment practice with intuitive, shamanic work to create an offering that meets you where you are.

We'll begin with a check in and a limpia (tobacco clearing + blessing), then move into some dance/movement along with shamanic support as it is called for. We end the same way we begin with a check in and a limpia.

 

We can work with your specific intention or we can work generally. Spirit guides the session just right. These sessions can help you clear energetic blocks, reconnect with your essence, and help you align with the power that exists within you.
