about me...

Leita (she/they) is a queer facilitator, mother, and lifelong seeker devoted to liberation through embodiment and shamanic practice. Rooted in conscious/ecstatic dance and spiritually resonant shamanic traditions, their work centers on holding space for
re-membering—supporting people in reconnecting with their bodies, inner wisdom, and capacity for change.
Since 2018, Leita has been sharing dance and embodiment practices, weaving in shamanic elements that invite deep listening, presence, and connection. They completed formal studies and practitioner trainings with The Power Path School of Shamanism, including learning alongside the Wixarika (Huichol) in Mexico and the Shipibo in Peru, and are a facilitator of the 360 Emergence embodiment practice after completing a year long apprenticeship.
Leita walks the pathless path with open-hearted curiosity as their compass.

In Leita's words...
In The 360 Emergence embodiment practice we depend on the powerful allies of the body and the breath through movement.
We tune our attention to our physical sensations as we dance.
We remember our wholeness as we become intimate with right now.
We expand our awareness as we strengthen our relationship with time and space from within the body.
This practice is a gateway to enlivening our connection- to our body, to our heart, to the present moment, to our local and global community, to the natural world, to Spirit, to our essence, to our Soul. And It’s all inter-connected—
The dance awakens the presence of connection within ourselves and the oneness with all things.
