An offering to re-member your true self—essence alive in your body, in rhythm with the present moment. From this presence, a pathway opens to the heart, allowing meaningful connection with all things and nurturing the inner revolution our world is thirsting for—embodied, reverent, and profoundly transformative.

 

Step into a space where movement becomes prayer,
and breath becomes the bridge to your own becoming.

Here, dance is not performance,
but a doorway—
a doorway into living in your essence.

We soften into the body,
letting rhythm unweave the noise,
letting stillness reveal what waits beneath.
Each gesture, each sway,
reminds us of the truth we carry:
that presence itself is medicine.

In this practice, we align with what is real—
moving not for show, but for authenticity.
We meet the raw honesty of the present moment,
and in that meeting, discover its power.

Through guided explorations and freeform dance,
we practice inhabiting the now fully—
listening with skin and bone,
moving with instinct and wonder,
allowing essence to rise, embodied and alive.

About this offering

​

The container will be set with love and intention to hold our experience of Presence together. Leita will dj carefully curated music to support our practice. Embodiment guidance and practices will be offered. We will balance our time between dancing, processing, ritual and sharing. 

 

Open to all experience levels – from first-timer to expert, ages 18+

Please refer to our Friday Dance Dose guidelines and etiquette for this offering.

Logistics

​

We will have 2 three hour segments in our time together with a one hour lunch break at 1pm. There will also be a short water in/water out break during each 3 hour session.

 

Please pack a lunch and plan to stay on premises during our lunch break, so we are all ready to begin again at 2. Hopefully, we will have weather suitable for us to have a picnic on the grass outside.
